GENERAL

I work on a first-come, first-served basis. That is, the more orders I have pending, the longer it will take to deliver your order. It all depends on my waitlist. If you are going to publish your illustration, please give me credit and/or never delete my watermark or signature!

I have every right to reject your commission if I do not feel comfortable with the concept or the character I should draw.

PAYMENTS

Payment will always come first. If the price is great, a payment plan can be made.

REVISIONS

You can request all the changes you need in the sketch process. If the commission is more advanced, maximum 3 changes. Additional charge will be added for big changes (Includes many tiny changes).

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

As I mentioned, the more orders I have pending, the longer it will take to receive your commission. It may also take longer if I have personal complications, due to study/work or my health. There may be a deadline of up to a week or months. You can pay a fee to have your commission prioritized.

USE

Personal use only. Commercial use will be discussed. In case of commercial use, an additional fee will be requested, it may vary depending on your needs.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Use for NFT or AI training is prohibited for any of my work. Doing this will immediately put you on my blacklist. I maintain the right to publish the illustration (with watermark) with credit to the client and use it for my portfolio.

REFUNDS

No refund will be accepted if the art piece is already finished or in progress, unless it's an emergency. A refund will only be accepted before I start working on your commission.
